~~Update Update~~

It's nice to be able to come here again to write. Have an update of a discus pair and I managed to take a few photos of them. The male is a Golden Leopard (as what the breeder claims it to be) but I reckon that it is a Turquoise Leopard. Anyhow, it is cross with a Spotted Turquoise. Both claim to be albino however, the spawn came through with 0% albino. Enjoy the pictures above. Take it away~~~~....

Building The Dream Team

Greetings to all~! It has been a long long time ago since I last posted. Yea, I have been busy with work and also scouting for my team "members" and the starting line. Got a couple of pieces of discus to start off with. It is not in the least impressive but it is okay for a start.

Have got a few pairs. The starting line up has been drawn up and its just the regular few players because there is not much, or rather there is not enough fishes for selection. So have set them up for spawning and also doing some "squad rotation" for the pairing up. Pictures will be up soon, so stay tune to this site~!

Introduction

Hi all my name is Willis. I have been breeding betta (Siamese fighting fish) for quite a few years now and only recently have been influence by the discus bug. So I have decided to clear all my bettas for the love of discus and to make way to house them.

My dad has been keeping discus for years and so more or less the experience of keeping discus for me is there. However, I dare not proclaim that I am knowledgeable about discus. This is because, discus is an ever-evolving fish just like other fishes. The strain and genes of the fishes change every now and then and that is how we are able to get different type of fishes. I am always on the constant learning about the fish discus, its genetics, health, diet, etc.

However, I believe in professionalism. Thus I only select the best fishes I can get hold of for breeding.

So now I am off to scout for my TEAM PLAYERS and to firm up a production team. Wish me luck in forming the balance team.
